We need a Facility Maintenance Technician for a big box retail store. This position also includes cleaning and assembly of store products.
Duties include general repairs around the facility both inside and out to include drywall and painting; plumbing; fixture assembly; repair of anything mechanical in the building; daily facility cleaning; snow clearing; grass cutting; product assembly.
You must have a background in building maintenance with several years experience. You must be comfortable and experienced using and maintaining various types of floor cleaning equipment, operating light duty snow removal equipment including a pickup truck type snow plow, operating exterior power equipment including lawn tractors and operating a manlift.
You must have high standards, be safety conscious, be able to take and follow directions. You must be good at setting priorities and following through in a timely manner.
This is an night shift, starting time is 9:00 pm to 6:00 am with both weekday and weekend hours.

Our Car Dealership is looking for an energetic, hardworking individual responsible for the handling of the new & used vehicle inventory in a busy dealership environment. Candidates must be willing to take direction and have a strong work ethic.
Job Duties:
Organizing the lot daily
Receive and stock in vehicles as they land from Ford Motor Company
Cleaning vehicles and ensuring the showroom and lot are clean
Inspecting vehicles for damage as they are received with a particular attention to detail
Snow removal - seasonal
Successful Candidates Possess:
Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads
Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
Self-motiving with excellent work ethic
